What types of bouquets do you offer?
We offer hand-tied bouquets, posies, luxury boxed arrangements, vase-ready bouquets, seasonal arrangements, and bespoke custom designs. You can view our most popular designs here.

Can I choose specific flowers for my bouquet?
Yes — you can request favourite flowers or colour schemes, subject to availability and seasonality.

Do you offer same-day delivery for bouquets?
Yes — order by our cut-off 2 pm for same-day bouquet delivery within Birmingham & Solihull.

How much does a bouquet cost?
Bouquets can range depending on size, flower types, and design. Expect prices to start from £ 35 for our standard bouquets up to £ 80+ for luxury arrangements or bespoke designs.

Can I include gifts with my bouquet (e.g. chocolates, balloons, cards)?
Yes — you can add complementary gifts such as premium chocolates, balloons, candles, and a hand-written card message. Please view our Gift Shop here to explore our exclusive range.

Do you deliver bouquets nationwide or only locally?
We deliver locally (same-day) in Birmingham & Solihull. For other UK areas, we offer next-day courier delivery (where available).

How do I care for my bouquet once delivered?
We recommend to trim stems at an angle, change the water daily, keep out of direct sunlight and heat, remove any wilted blooms, and use flower food when provided. A complimentary care pack will be added to each of our designs we make, this will include our best guidance in how to ensure your flowers stay looking fresh for as long as possible.

Can I specify a delivery time or a time window?
We can provide delivery windows (e.g. morning or afternoon of which you will see as an option in your delivery checkout) and sometimes specific times for premium orders. What happens if no one is home to accept the bouquet?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, discreet place (e.g. a secure porch or with a neighbor) and leave a card with instructions explaining where your bouquet is safely stored.

Do your bouquets come with a vase?
Some arrangements come ready in a vase; others are hand-tied and designed to be placed in a vase once gifted. Please view our selection of vases to add to your design here.

Can I send a bouquet anonymously or without sender name?
Yes — you can choose to not provide your name within the card message to the sender. If the recipient contacts us requesting who sent the flowers we may be back in contact with you to request permission. No details will be given out without the senders permission unless otherwise stated.


Do you offer bouquets for special occasions (anniversary, birthday, etc.)?
Yes — we have curated collections for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and more. You can view our special occasions range here.

Can you create a bespoke bouquet based on photos or inspiration?
Absolutely — please contact us directly with your inspiration pictures or ideal design, and we’ll design a custom arrangement to match. Click here to contact us to discuss further.

When is the best time to order a bouquet (for a special date)?
It's best to pre-order as early as possible, especially for high-demand dates (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day). Standard orders ideally should be placed 1–2 days in advance of the delivery date. However, same-day delivery can also take place if the order if placed before cut-off (2pm).

Can I substitute or upgrade a bouquet after placing an order?
You can request changes before dispatch; upgrades are often possible (if stock allows) by paying the price difference. Please contact us as soon as possible if change occurs to avoid original orders being delivered.

Do you offer bouquet subscriptions / regular delivery?
Yes — you can schedule weekly, fortnightly or monthly bouquet deliveries as a subscription gift or for your home / office. Please shop our subscription options here.

How far in advance should I book for weddings / large events?
For weddings and large events, we suggest booking at least 3–6 months ahead to secure desired flowers and ensure logistical arrangements.

Do you deliver to workplaces, restaurants, hotels?
Yes — we can deliver to commercial addresses, offices, restaurants, hotel lobbies, and other venues locally.

Will you send a message card with the bouquet?
Yes — you can provide a custom message (within character limit) in the gift message section when ordering. We handwrite the card and include it with your flowers.

What time do you dispatch / deliver bouquets?

Our current delivery times run from 9 am to 5 pm (or as routing allows).

Will the bouquet I see online look exactly the same when delivered?
We replicate style, feel, and design within the same colour palette. Some variation may occur due to a change in season, foliage or general variety availability, substitutions will take place when needed.

Do you provide “same day gift + bouquet” combos?
Yes — we offer bundled options (bouquet + chocolates, flowers + vase or diffuser) for same-day delivery.
