DELIVERY & COLLECTIONS POLICY

Collection

In most cases collection of your flowers will be ready 2 hours after ordering, however, larger or more complex items can take longer.

Collections can take place during our normal opening hours. If you require an express collection please ring 0121 777 9789 to arrange a convenient time.

As a security measure you will be required to bring the payment card with you when collecting or photo ID.

Local Delivery

We offer same day delivery to the following areas:

B1,B2,B3,B5,B8,B9,B10,B11,B12,B13,B14,B15,B16,B17,B25,B26,B27,B28,B29,B30,B31,B47, B90,B91,B92,B93,B94

• Same day local delivery if ordered by 2pm.
• Next day U.K. wide delivery if ordered by 11am (certain products only)
• Morning local delivery only available if ordered over the phone (extra charge applies)

*Please note that if you request AM or PM delivery in notes we will take this as a preference. We do not guarantee any delivery times, unless the order is for a funeral, in which case these orders will be delivered in good time before the funeral, normally 1-2 hours before.

We will always try to adhere to your requested preference wherever possible. If you have paid for an AM delivery then this will be guaranteed.

**If we are exceptionally busy and our same day flower delivery slots are full then we may, on occasion, cut off earlier.

***We endeavor to make our any time deliveries within business hours and they are usually completed between 9am - 6pm. Orders to school’s will be delivered before 3pm locally but can’t guarantee time with our nationwide delivery service. Sometimes delays outside of our control affect this, so if you need your delivery within a specific window it is best to call us to see if we can help.

Please note, charges may vary at peak times e.g. Valentine's day & Mother's day you will be shown live delivery prices in the checkout flow.
