Looking After Your Flowers

Once you have had a beautifull bouqet delivered which has been lovingly designed and created by one of our skilled florists, the hard work does not stop there. It is then down to you to lovingly care for them in your home. Here are some tips to help you look after your beautifull flowers.

Tips for long lasting beauty:

  • Use a clean vase
  • Use tap water
  • Do not allow leaves in the water
  • Damage the stems as little as possible
  • Cut 2 – 5 cm off the stem
  • Use a sharp knife or pruning shears
  • Cut the stem at an angle to prevent damaging and flattening of the stem
  • The following stem treatments are bad: breaking, cooking, hammering, splitting, puncturing the stems.
